Out & About: Stevie J, Amara La Negra, Yung Joc and more!

We were in the building when music producer and TV personality Stevie J hosted a launch party to debut his new nightlife venture Sleazy J’s. Over 400 guests braved the frigid temperatures to experience the upscale pop-up party that is set to redefine “sleazy.” Stevie J welcomed the packed audience and introduced “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” personality Amara La Negra who gave a spicy opening performance. Yung Joc did a hilarious “Roast and Toast” of Stevie, who then returned to the stage and gave a tribute to the late entertainment attorney Ed Woods. Backed by the band Blahk Mail, Stevie closed the program with a sexy serenade of an audience member and a duet with singer Carvena.
We spotted a lot of the Love and Hip Hop family including Monami Entertainment CEO Mona Scott Young; “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” stars Lil Scrappy, Bambi, Tommie Lee, Lovely Mimi and Momma Dee; “Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta” stars Reginae Carter and Zonnique Pullins; Comedians K Dubb and Shawty; recording artist Swift, R&B group Bluff City and many more.
